Text Fraud Alerts

Our Mastercards come with text fraud alerts to help keep your account secure. If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you'll receive a text message with details about the transaction. Simply respond to the text to confirm whether the transaction is legitimate.

If you indicate that the transaction is fraudulent, you'll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up. If the transaction is legitimate, you're all set. The system will mark the transaction as safe, and you can go about your day — it's that simple.

If we have your mobile phone number on file, you don't need to do anything. If there's suspicious activity, we'll send you a text alert immediately.
